This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased at Ferguson Kia. Everybody inside the dealership was very straightforward and easy to deal with. The detail job before I picked up my car was bad though. Whoever cleaned it before pickup did a horrible job. They left stickers, sticker residue, hard water spots, windshield wipers had tape on them, and the windows were dirty. Cameron High, our salesman, got some cleaner and tried to clean it off before we took it home. He also told us to bring it back in Friday when we came back to Broken Arrow and he would make sure it got detailed the way it should have been. Many thanks to our salesman, Cameron High. More

They worked hard to get me approved! As a person who has no credit for 38 years and then has nothing but bad credit! "600" they earn their pay that day. I do wish we could have got a lower APR but it is wha no credit for 38 years and then has nothing but bad credit! "600" they earn their pay that day. We just picked up our 2022 Kia Telluride today at Ferguson Kia in Tulsa!! We live in the DFW area of Texas and decided to buy a Telluride about 4 months ago but we were extremely frustrated that Kia Ferguson Kia in Tulsa!! We live in the DFW area of Texas and decided to buy a Telluride about 4 months ago but we were extremely frustrated that Kia dealerships in the DFW area would not order and sell us one for much less than $10,000 over MSRP. We refused to settle and pay more than MSRP for a vehicle so we spent several hours calling dealerships all over Texas and Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas before we finally found Kia Ferguson in Tulsa where I talked to Sal and he said that they would order us a custom built Telluride and sell it to us for MSRP plus a few hundred dollars to cover administrative document processing. From that point forward Sal and the team at Ferguson made the process to extremely easy. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with him to walk through the custom order, made a $500 down payment and got a confirmation back shortly afterwards that the vehicle had been ordered. Our Telluride was built and delivered in approximately 3 months. We were notified the vehicle had arrived, received the final price quote which was exactly what he communicated up front, got a cashiers check and flew up to Tulsa to pick up our new ride on a Saturday morning. We felt like we were treated like royalty by Sal, Brandon and the remaining Ferguson team. The vehicle was ready to go when we arrived along with the paperwork. Within 10 minutes we had completed the paperwork and then Sal spent as much time as we wanted going over all of the cool gadgetry built into the vehicle making sure we were confident and comfortable before we left to drive back to Texas! At almost 58 years old, I have to admit this was my best experience in my lifetime buying a vehicle!!! #BetterCallSal to check things out yourself - you will not regret it!! More
