We searched for a specific model with a specific package and had a couple colors we wanted it in. There was only one dealership within 4 hours that had one of our top 2 color choices. They were the only dealership to have one of the colors. I contacted the dealership and it was a friendly, no pressure communication process. I would recommend Josiah Spencer, one of the nicest, most down to earth salesman that makes you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. We negotiated a fair trade and drove 4 hours, one way from out of state, to buy a car. I’m happy we did that as I feel we made a new friend on top of buying a color we wanted, rather than settling for a color that was available locally. During delivery, he sat with our 2 teens, going over the car so they understood the features. Ask for Josiah, you won’t be disappointed. :) More

I was so frustrated after visiting 5 other dealerships that I was not going to be able to find a car I liked that fit my budget and size requirements, but after being recommended to come to Ferguson Subaru by a friend, I was so pleased to finally get the customer service and selection I needed. I had such a smooth experience from looking at the selection, test driving, and financing. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to come visit, and I will hopefully be coming back here in the future! More

Greg was fantastic, stayed with us late on Thursday and then back at it Friday. Very informative and just a great person to deal with. Brandon in finance was also enjoyable to work with.
