The first salesman we interacted with was about to leave for the night, but put up his bag, and stayed late to let us test drive a Telluride. Her attention to detail during delivery was impressive and her detailed knowledge of the vehicle seemed to be far beyond what I expected for someone with her limted tenure in the car business. I would definately do business with her again, and would happily recommend her to friends and colleagues. The Subaru dealership was very clean and inviting. The finance process was quick and we ended up purchasing an extended warranty. We look forward to seeing the Kia dealership get remodeled before we go back for service. Found car listed on AutoTrader, sent message to listed salesman on Sunday, contacted early Monday by same, scheduled test drive, let them know my Out-of-State parent was buying this & I was the middle man salesman on Sunday, contacted early Monday by same, scheduled test drive, let them know my Out-of-State parent was buying this & I was the middle man. Salesman M. Walker kept things simple! Test drive complete, deposit made via phone to secure vehicle, finance team put paperwork together and helped my 85 year old mother with the wire transfer, helped her easily understand the documents she needed to send. Upon sale they sent all documents to her, notified both of us it was ours (hers), and scheduled pick up. At delivery they walked me through GMs MyBuick app and OnStar set up, connected vehicle and started 3 year OnStar for my mother. I was shown a few KEY features of the car, all my questions answered. The dealership communication was very good, this sale had more calls and texts than most, my mother never felt pressured or confused, she is very pleased with the M. Walker & sales staff, B. Hunt & the finance team. They offered for us to contact them with ANY issues, even though it will be delivered and used in another state/serviced by another dealer. Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow OK sold a car out-of-state to an 85 year old lady and the experience was seamless. Thank you for making this a pleasant transaction!!!! Not sure how it could have been ANY better. YES some 85 year olds can safely drive, and some YES dealerships can conduct themselves responsibly in dealing with elderly buyers. More
