The customer service at Audi Dallas is top notch form the moment I drive up. The staff are extremely professional-within seconds of driving up someone greets me and offers to assist. Audi Dallas is the best. I always receive excellent customer service. I do not mind waiting for my car when I go in for an oil change because the atmosphere is charming. They have snacks, a coffee machine, or may it's a cappuccino machine - I don't drink coffee, so maybe they need to have tea options, which they might I stop by Starbucks for my daily green tea.
