I began my professional life as a commercial fisherman, specializing in albacore tuna, before making the transition to the automotive industry. For the past 12 years, I've been an integral part of the Royal Moore Autocenter team. Great selection of cars to choose from and website was very helpful to select three vehicles to o choose from ! I was helped immediately after getting out of my car and my whole experience was fantastic. They worked with me to get my payments into the range I needed them to be and they broke everything down step by s my whole experience was fantastic. When Tom went to RM for a key battery replacement, he asked at the service counter who would be a car leasing salesman. He was told to see Johnny Chavez. What a spot-on recommendation that was! He was patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced. He and the team of Alec, Ray, Gabriel (Christian?) and Kci helped us navigate the leasing of a 2024 Terrain. Rachel helped us spend our reward points. Johnny and Alec installed the mats and cargo cover. Just what seniors in their 80’s are thankful for. Good job team! More

Doesn’t know anything about the EV tax or straight up lied to me. Then tried to say I was wrong (even though I was quoting directly from the IRS webpage) and tried to big time me by saying,”I’ve never he lied to me. Then tried to say I was wrong (even though I was quoting directly from the IRS webpage) and tried to big time me by saying,”I’ve never heard of that, and I been here 12 yrs!” The rest of the staff were great, especially Zeze! But your dealership needs to learn the laws about the vehicles you are selling, or not lie. Especially when the customer is quoting DIRECTLY from the IRS webpage about the dealers requirements. That embarrassing either way. Def won’t be back! More
