Brandon was the best of the best! He was exceptional and very patient with me. Brandon made me so feel special. I'm a 71 year old woman and had been driving a 2002 SLK 320 for over 2 He was exceptional and very patient with me. Brandon made me so feel special. I'm a 71 year old woman and had been driving a 2002 SLK 320 for over 20 years. This was my first time purchasing a pre-owned car. He took great care explaining the process, the test drive was stress free. He was very knowledgeable on all the instruments/tools/toys that the SL 450 came with. He took extra steps in making sure all my needs were met (garage door settings, a plus). The entire experience was STRESS free, I enjoyed his customer service skills to the max. I'm very happy and glad Brandon was the one that said Can I Help You? Thank You Georgetown MB for having a Brandon Kassab at your dealership. More
