A few years ago, I decided to move away from the traditional dealership model and stick with direct-to-consumer brands like Tesla and Rivian. That all changed when I connected with Starling GMC. I had my eye on the GMC Sierra EV Denali and was shopping around at multiple dealerships to get the best deal. From the very beginning, Shannon Finfrock, the sales associate I worked with, Steven, the finance manager, and Eric Lugo went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Shannon’s personable, family-oriented approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She kept me informed through every step—both before and after the purchase—ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my decision.
