From the very beginning, Shannon Finfrock, the sales associate I worked with, Steven, the finance manager, and Eric Lugo went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Shannon’s personable, family-oriented approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She kept me informed through every step—both before and after the purchase—ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my decision.
