the yonkers kia dealership is hit or miss, some are great Brandon in sales, mohamed in service and Darling in service. The rest of the dealership are just there to get a paycheck, i own a 2015 opt great Brandon in sales, mohamed in service and Darling in service. The rest of the dealership are just there to get a paycheck, i own a 2015 optima and was leasing a 2018 sportage, i came in to see the telluride and the sales person was not interested in giving me any information, so i left and swore not to return. i handed back the sportage and dealt with Brandon, a very nice polite salesman, i might have my son go to him for another lease, i personally will not i would rather go to another Kia dealership like the one in White plains, then to go back there More

Their sketchy sales tactics ,I put Down $2000 and asked before anything was agreed for a ballpark total of taxes and fees on a 2 year lease on a 25000 vehicle I was told they would not know until the finan before anything was agreed for a ballpark total of taxes and fees on a 2 year lease on a 25000 vehicle I was told they would not know until the finance person do all the paperwork (LIE) them I was tricked into calling my insurance company to start the ball rolling by the end I got stuck with over $3000 in just taxes and fees on a $25000 vehicle plus the 2000 down.
