I purchased my new Forester through AAA and this dealership. Car was delivered to the AAA 7th Street Phoenix office in a timely manner. Part of the purchase was window tinting which was done at the dealership. Car was delivered to the AAA 7th Street Phoenix office in a timely manner. Part of the purchase was window tinting which was done at the dealer. I took it in early as it was suggested it do as it takes a long time for the tinting. Because I was waiting a long time I asked about a loaner but nothing was available so I was offered a shuttle to take me home and then pick me up later in the day to get my car. I want to say that the gesture to offer a shuttle was very much appreciated and has given me a very good feeling about Peoria Subaru. I believe they are good people and I will have all of my service done at Peoria Subaru. More

I appreciate them providing me a loaner but my vehicle has been with them for over a week. There has been little follow up and I suspect that my car is not be diagnosed properly and that they are just rep has been with them for over a week. There has been little follow up and I suspect that my car is not be diagnosed properly and that they are just replacing the fuel pump to appease me but that isn't the real issue. I bought a new Subaru for a piece of mind and it has left me stranded twice. I know that my car issue may be an anomaly but I am sure if you bought a brand new car you would not think that you would have these problems. I have not heard from the service department for over a week and they stated that the fuel pump they ordered would be in within 3-5 business days well its been 6 full business days and I still have not heard back from anyone letting me know when my car will be able to be picked up. There is damage to my car due to it being stalled and a police vehicle had to push me out of the way so I am waiting for my vehicle to be fixed so that I can get my vehicle to the body shop. Since my car was waiting for a part I asked Dustin Shepard to see if it could be taken to the body shop while it we waited but I never heard back from him. So when I finally pick up my vehicle I am going to have to take it to the body shop and be without it for a number of days as well when it could have been taken care of while it was just sitting waiting for a part. I feel that a lot of this frustration would have been overcome if there was more communication. I have emailed Dustin several times and he has responded a few times but never addressed the concern as to getting the vehicle picked up by the body shop as well as let me know if there was a delay in getting the part that was ordered. More
