As in the past, Service Writer Brandon Lewandowski was helpful and informative regarding my 2016 Legacy and its 42K Service interval. He made some useful recommendations which saved me significant money helpful and informative regarding my 2016 Legacy and its 42K Service interval. He made some useful recommendations which saved me significant money and gave me instruction about how to set Driver Seat memory settings. The service was performed promptly and my car was ready in "no time". More

First Service My first warranty service on my2020 Subaru Legacy was great, Brandon, the service adviser was great, he welcomed me, located my vehicle and name in t My first warranty service on my2020 Subaru Legacy was great, Brandon, the service adviser was great, he welcomed me, located my vehicle and name in the computer, informed me what was to be completed on the vehicle and the approx time it would take. During the entire time, Brandon was very personable, had a positive attitude, was efficient and professional. He directed me to the lobby, which was very clean and social distancing and mask was being practiced by all that was there. Within a couple of hours or less, Brandon returned to inform me that the service on my Subaru was completed, and was ready outside. Wow!! Great service, my vehicle was well cared for. What a great experience that really made my day. Thank you Brandon for many jobs well done!! More

Caring support staff I got to be helped by a team of great people, including the female van driver! Luigi Bianco, Cory Fox, Brandon Lewandowski, Dustin Shepherd, Shawn Jor I got to be helped by a team of great people, including the female van driver! Luigi Bianco, Cory Fox, Brandon Lewandowski, Dustin Shepherd, Shawn Jordan, and Dan Halliburton took care of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I had my appointment and a kind phone call with Dan, after just having to cancel an appointment at another subaru dealer in the valley because they changed my appointment on me without notice, and didn't seem to care at all about my baby being busted. When I rolled up for service, I was met by Dan. His service was exceptional and very kind. I was asked immediately how I could be assisted and then they reassured me through the process. I explained to Dan that I was nervous about my car (and the bill afterwards.) Through a smile and soft voice, Dan reassured me that my car would be well taken care of and it was. I waited for 30 minutes and got picked up by a great lady van driver. I forget her name, but our conversation was great. (again, a first for me; and she picked me up too!) When I arrived back, I was met with a nice discount that Dan said he "found me on the website because it was better" than the one informed him about from the start. All in all, Great people. Amazing staff. My baby works like new, and I will be coming back! Thank you for wearing masks and doing your part to keep us all safe. :) More
