Never again Was not informed that the dealership only did synthetic oil changes when making my appointment online and was definitely not informed that it would be Was not informed that the dealership only did synthetic oil changes when making my appointment online and was definitely not informed that it would be two times the price of a regular oil change. When it came to my actual appointment, it took two hours for my car to be serviced. Other dealerships would normally perform the same service and a car wash in 45 minutes. Overall I was not happy to spend almost $100 on an oil change that took so much of my time. I will not be returning. More

Always prompt, polite and informative. Took my Subaru in for scheduled check up, was a bit over the mileage limit for the free service, but Subaru gave me credit for the few extra miles and Took my Subaru in for scheduled check up, was a bit over the mileage limit for the free service, but Subaru gave me credit for the few extra miles and honored the 2 year agreement. This is the way to keep customers...and we come back to get the next new Subaru! More

24,000 check-up, salesman, parts dept. The check-up - all was explained in detail and done as told including how long it would take. Waiting area is great-donuts AND fruit:) Brandon is thorough and very pleasant to deal with and explains things to mechanically disabled customers:) Bob Shotwell caught us up on the new Subaru's BUT I'm still too happy with mine to change. The parts department was nice to me-I came back with 2 Subaru Outback key chains we purchased when we bought our new 2018 Outback - both lost the screw holding it together - they replaced one of them for me (didn't have a second I suppose!). He (sorry, don't remember his name(maybe Paul?) was very nice) told me no one else has ever complained or returned. He put in an envelope to return to Quality Control to look into and make it better. More

It's a pleasure doing business with you! Arriving about 10 minutes early for my appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m. with Brandon, I was immediately greeted by a Service Tech who immediately b Arriving about 10 minutes early for my appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m. with Brandon, I was immediately greeted by a Service Tech who immediately brought Brandon to me. We reviewed the items that needed attention for service, and I went to the Waiting Area. While there I enjoyed a doughnut and a cup of coffee. Within 45 minutes to 1 hour my car was ready, and after finalizing the paperwork I was on my way home. The wait was enjoyable as I was able to enjoy TV while waiting. Thank you for the courtesy of the TV, coffee and doughnut. More
