Too much oil I had an oil change a few days prior to going to Subaru appointment. They did not drain out the old oil before replacing it with new oil. My car start I had an oil change a few days prior to going to Subaru appointment. They did not drain out the old oil before replacing it with new oil. My car started acting up and almost stalling out on Bell Road. Not a road to stall out on. I made a early am appointment for the next day and was happy I did. Thanks Subaru for cleaning up and fixing my Forester. More

I scheduled the appointment at 7am and arrived a few minutes before and was greeted promptly on arrival. I waited at the dealership while the work was performed. The waiting area was nice and had coffee, water, donuts and fresh fruit to snack on while waiting. My appointment only took about an hour and fifteen minutes which I felt was pretty good. More

I always dread going to dealerships because you get hassled right when yo I cannot day enough about how incredible my experience was at Peoria Subaru. I always dread going to dealerships because you get hassled right when you step out of your car but that’s wasn’t the case here. I felt welcomed. I didn’t feel pressured. I felt like the decision I was making to purchase was MY decision and not because a salesmen pushed me in one direction or the other. From the very start it was an amazing experience. Right when I inquired online an extremely nice, Kalista, reached out to me about setting up a time to see the car. Then I arrived and was greeted inside by the sales Manager, Anthony who was very professional and put me in touch with a sales rep, Stephan who conversed with me about life and other things besides a car which made me feel like a person rather than just another customer. And then the finance department, with Troy, we were able to talk and get the best possible deal within my budget, he didn’t try to overly sell warranties to me or additional things that aren’t necessary. He told me what he recommended, let me make my decision and was extremely helpful. Usually people dread having to go through the finance department at dealerships but this wasn’t the case at all. The entire experience from the online inquiry to the finance department was a breeze, it honestly didn’t feel like I was at a dealership. I’ve had terrible experiences at other dealerships and this was not like that at all. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and so welcoming. If I ever purchase a vehicle again it will 100% be from Peoria Subaru and I will always recommend them to friends and family. More
