2 Month old brand new Outback broken windshield The same week I paid my 1st car payment my windshield cracked on my 2019 Outback. The crack happened as it was parked on my driveway facing the garag The same week I paid my 1st car payment my windshield cracked on my 2019 Outback. The crack happened as it was parked on my driveway facing the garage. After researching I found this was a common problem with the vehicles. So bad that Subaru lost a class action lawsuit. Since this was the case I took the car to the Peoria AZ dealership and they took pictures. I was told by Brandon the service tech who took pictures and said that they would have to notify Subaru America to determine if they would cover the crack and he would call me back. Of course that did not happen so after 2 weeks I contacted Brandon and he was able to tell me that Subaru was going to cover the windshield. He would order the windshield and contact me once it came in (1-1/2 wks) Of course I never heard from Brandon and when I contacted him in 2 weeks time yes the windshield had come in. He said he would have to arrange a person for a person outside of Peoria Subaru to come in and fix the windshield and would call me with a time and date. Of course this did not happen. So when I contacted him he called the person and immediately called me back with a time and date. When I arrived at Peoria Subaru I went to the service area where a very nice person met me and he said he was office mates with Brandon and walked me to him. I stood there with Brandons back to me the whole time and then he told me to sign the work order, and I should go to the waiting room. Having never been there I had to ask where all this was. Obviously Brandon had attitude because I saw other service men take their customers into the waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was done in 2 1/2 hours. I know I could have gone through my insurance to have my windshield fixed but since this is definately a Subaru issue I wanted them to fix it out of principle. However the whole process took 6 weeks! My last vehicle was was a Mercedes 240 and the service department at Mercedes is head and tails above what I found at this Subaru dealership. I still wish I had my Mercedes and don't have many good things to say about my Subaru Outback. More

Service itself was good; Reservation for appointment, not! I initially made the appointment via the website. Big mistake...there is no correlation between the website the the service center. The website indicated that the service would not cost me anything. However, when I decided to call the service center to confirm my appointment (no confirmation from the website), I was told that I would be charged for the service. I complained about the initial appointment via the website, but the service center rep said that they couldn't do anything about it. Perhaps whoever reads this review can. More

Excellent customer service I was on vacation and had an issue with tires. They were able to get me in, 4 new tires and an alignment. I was able to enjoy my vacation with a ride I was on vacation and had an issue with tires. They were able to get me in, 4 new tires and an alignment. Quick, easy service. I love my Subaru service department. They are really quick at servicing my vehicle, and do a wonderful job. I always seem to have a question for them I love my Subaru service department. They are really quick at servicing my vehicle, and do a wonderful job. I always seem to have a question for them at service time, last time the service writer synced my new phone, this time I got schooled on how to open the hatch with my key. Love these friendly, efficient folks! More
