Honest, exceptional work! My car started showing a check engine light.. the dealer replaced the part that was under warranty, 2 weeks later the light came on again with the sam My car started showing a check engine light.. the dealer replaced the part that was under warranty, 2 weeks later the light came on again with the same code. They then kept at it until they found the additional problem, and covered it under warranty also. They worked very hard to find all the issues and correct them for me. Very fair, very honest. More

Customer service is obviously a major concern to everyone that I came in contact with. As a customer I felt as if my business was of utmost importance and I was welcom is obviously a major concern to everyone that I came in contact with. Anyone can sell and repair vehicles but not everyone can staff a business that can do all that and make you feel good about them taking your money at the same time.. Good Job !! More

11 months after buying car-still issues Overall very disappointed w this dealership. Bought vehicle last October and the radio had a defect. Called and was told a new radio would be ordered Overall very disappointed w this dealership. Bought vehicle last October and the radio had a defect. Called and was told a new radio would be ordered but was currently on backorder. After 6 months of periodically calling I was still told it was backordered. Finally got to speak to service manager Dustin who admitted that someone had dropped the ball and not ordered and the part had never been backordered. He got one ordered and in a few weeks I came in and had another radio installed. Left and found out this one also had a defect with the glass. I emailed Dustin and sent pictures and he did get back to me saying he would order another one. I had to send a follow up email to check status after several weeks and I believe prob another 2 months passed before I was able to get this radio installed. Made my appointment and came in two weeks ago and once my car radio was installed they tell me they damaged my dash during the process so they would now need to order that part but it would be 2-3 days. Waited a week and finally called Subaru headquarters to complain about this entire ordeal. They called dealership and asked about the part and Peoria said they did not have the part yet. We turned around and called and parts told us over the phone the part had been there a few days already yet no one bothered to call us and the dealership lied to Subaru about part not being there. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone at dealership and all I get is the runaround. Purchased the car first weekend of October and I still have stuff that needs to be addressed a year later. Will not recommend this dealership and I’m not happy w Subaru company as a whole. No one had done anything to rectify this situation. This entire process I have been polite and more than patient but after a year my patience has run out and I’m quite mad and angry. More

Decent Service Had a decent experience repairing my car, though could have been a little better. When I came in the 1st visit for required maintenance and a warrant Had a decent experience repairing my car, though could have been a little better. When I came in the 1st visit for required maintenance and a warranty issue, the service adviser called too late in the day to provide pricing for the maintenance service to actually have it done that day. And then he forgot to check which items needed to be done for the tire loyalty plan that he'd promised to do in the morning and had to check and call back. Then when he called the next week to let me know the ordered part had arrived, he forgot to call my cell as I'd asked...so I didn't get his message until I got home from work, and then it was too late to call to schedule. The line at check-in is very congested with empty cars, so the service advisers can't see you waiting in line at the back. And then the lady who picked me up to bring me back to my car said she'd be a "few minutes past 4:30"...and was 30 minutes past 4:30. She looked at her clipboard while driving twice, and almost hit the curb inside the bike lane the 2nd time...that was scary when she suddenly swerved back. And the back seats of the minivan are VERY hard to get into when you have mobility issues. The step into the car is really high for someone who's short and not super flexible...I had a REALLY hard time getting in and out. I never noticed it before because I'm usually in the front seat. Not a great shuttle for folks with health issues. More
