Rodent damage Brandon was most helpful in getting our car serviced on a Friday. His explanation was exceptional. Greg, the mechanic, also explained things to us. Never coming back. Very unprofessional. Set up an online appointment and a day and a half later they finally got around to looking at my vehicle. Once the diagnosis was Very unprofessional. Set up an online appointment and a day and a half later they finally got around to looking at my vehicle. Once the diagnosis was made the necessary parts were ordered and I was given an estimate on the time of completion. I was in the area and called the shop to check on progress so that I could avoid an additional 45 minute drive to the shop if it was nearing completion. I was told that it would be 2-3 hours before it was done. When I got home I got a call to say my car was ready. Really?! What that says to me is that they did not value my time. When I went to pick it up, I presented my coupon. I was told “you should have given me that when you dropped it off. It’s going to take me at least 20 minutes to correct your bill.” He was hoping I would just walk away. I told him to fix it. I will not recommend the service department to anyone and will post as many negative reviews about your service as I can. More

Great service representative! I wanted an oil change for my 2017 Outback! Pulled into express lane and Brandon (he has helped me before) came out to greet me. He quickly had all th I wanted an oil change for my 2017 Outback! Pulled into express lane and Brandon (he has helped me before) came out to greet me. He quickly had all the required paperwork completed and showed me to the waiting room. Within 45,minutes Brandon came to tell me my auto was finished! He is pleasant and efficient! Thanks! More

Very Disappointing What a disappointing service appointment. I scheduled a service appointment online and indicated that I would need the shuttle service. It then gave m What a disappointing service appointment. I scheduled a service appointment online and indicated that I would need the shuttle service. It then gave me set times to schedule. When I got there I was told the shuttle wouldn’t come for another hour. Had to call into work late because of that. While sitting in the waiting area I spoke to a gentleman who told me to come to expect that because they never have the shuttle ready or a loaner car even when you call ahead to set it up. After finally getting my car back I realize that the multi point inspection must not include a full inspection. The same day I found out I had a headlight out, a ripped windshield wiper, and my washer fluid was empty. Thankfully we realized that before getting on the road for a road trip. The whole idea of taking my car in for service was that I could put my family in the car and head out of town with out being concerned that the car would have an issue. I was wrong. Called to speak to the service manager and just like the rest of the experience I’m left disappointed because he never returned my call. More

First service on my Outback My advisor was Brandon. He answered my questions, explained the auto correct and anti-crash braking system. Dealer highly recommended......offered co My advisor was Brandon. He answered my questions, explained the auto correct and anti-crash braking system. Dealer highly recommended......offered coffe and bottled water and several areas to sit and relax. But did not enjoy the tv with football ....yuk football! Even on Monday morning....enough alqready! However... I brought my book, found a comfy chair and enjoyed readinf quietly for an hour!!! Josie was very helpful in re-scheduling my first service, she worked with me finding a convenient date. Very nice, good customer service all around! So far no problems with the car.... More
