Another no-stress car deal This was my second purchase from Peoria Subaru. I wasn't even looking to buy a car. I was only there for a service appointment. When Spencer (same rep that sold me my '17 Forester) presented me an offer for a trade-in, I was curious to see what the new '19s had to offer. We drove, we talked, we negotiated. No high-pressure. No bait-and-switch. Never once felt like I was being played or scammed. They even covered the cost of my service on my trade-in (since the work was completed before I decided to trade up). I like being able to browse the lot without having a rep on my tail going in for the hard sell. Between shop visits and sales experiences, I've never once had less than a positive experience and always feel they value my business. I'll be back. More

Basic oil change Made an appointment to take my car in for an oil change, waited almost an hour and fourty minutes. Whats the point of having an appointment? Great Service The staff were friendly and quick to get my car serviced! I only waited about 30 minutes for all work to be done. Great service however this is the only complaint I have. Why the minimum of 25 words. We bought our car five years ago from this place.
