The order came in within a month of placing the order and he assisted us patiently to fill in the paperwork and showed us the inner-workings of the car even after the sale was done. Both Chris and Brandon presented us different post-sale options but there was no pressure to buy additional items. Overall this experience has been great and relatively stress-free and no high pressure sales pitch was observed. More

I originally contacted them online along with about ten other dealerships in the Chicago area as I was seeking the lowest price for a Subaru Legacy. Matt got back to me that day with a fantastic quote and the info for the specific car included (even the VIN #). I am happy to say that everything he told me turned out to be true. There were no gimmicks or upselling. It was exactly the honest simple transation that I was looking for. I communicated with Matt via email, text and phone and found him to be very responsive and sincere. Literally the only thing I think of that could improve is the gross coffee and pastries in the lobby, but at the price at which I bought my car, it was nice of them to include anything. Overall, A+, would definitely recommend this dealership and return myself when I am looking to buy my next car. More

But Grand Subaru in Bensenville was able to get me in a new Impreza at a price in my budget, and they drove the car to my home for me when I was unable to do so myself as I was in a rental vehicle at the time and didn't have anyone else with me that could drive the car home. They were very fair, willing to negotiate, and extremely friendly. Thanks for the wonderful experience Grand Subaru, including my sales associate, Michael Keller. I typically don't enjoy the car buying experience, but this one was great. More
