I was given Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe to go to as part of the Costco Auto Program. It was on the other side of town but I was very happy I travelled there. Allie greeted me at the door and it was the beginning of a no hassle, no push, and listening to things important and things not important to my finding the right car for me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and was easy to be with. I test drove an Outback and a Forester, was given the out the door price with the Costco discount, met Joe the Sales Manager. I went home reviewed it, compared pricing, safety features, road noise etc to other cars I was looking at and decided to move forward with the Forester. I came back and sealed the deal, met with finance and I’m extremely pleased with the process and the product. I realized I understand more about features of this car than I ever had after a car purchase. More
