Replace fog light glass. A Honda error- glass is attached also to the light so the bill is that much higher-I was not pleased to hear that at all. A Honda error- glass is attached also to the light so the bill is that much higher-I was not pleased to hear that at all. More

During the service, Brandon called to let me know that there was a nail in the tire which cannot be fixed and recommended it to be replaced which I took. I also asked to have the car inspected since it was due this month (but forgot to schedule in advance) and was taken care of within the slotted time. Everything was done on time. The service team did a wonderful job! Please say hello to Andy for me :) More

Senior Female Alone vs. Award-Winning Salesperson I previously and erroneously gave a 5-star review of Andrew Bassett on December 23 (around Christmas) because I was still in a state of shock and he t I previously and erroneously gave a 5-star review of Andrew Bassett on December 23 (around Christmas) because I was still in a state of shock and he told me I should give him 5 stars or he would be upset with me. It has since come back to bite me on the backside with an attorney, so I am now giving a real review. I had never gone alone to a dealership before but Mr. Bassett came recommended by the dealer's assistant service manager, Brandon, an acquaintance. I thought I would be safe and get some hand-holding, but I was wrong. Mr. Bassett has numerous awards and is a lifelong professional salesperson. I was no match for Mr. Bassett. I am 64 years old and have never dealt with such slick people as these in my entire life. I am a very cautious person who researches everything before making a move. This is not a case of buyer's remorse, because I chose the car I wanted after a great deal of research. I still want this vehicle. This is about a lack of transparency and overzealousness on the part of the Curry Honda staff. I was never told by Mr. Bassett that there is no difference in price between a lease and a purchase. I was told that 2 days later by Lundgren Honda who offered a price of $19,987 for the Honda HRV LX. I showed that price to Curry and they would not match it. I should have walked out, but asked Mr. Bassett to run some numbers for me. He first ran the purchase option with a loan ... it was too high. I did not ask him to work on a purchase again because I thought I would get a better deal with the lease. I asked him to run the lease numbers. They too were too high ... but thinking I was getting a better deal with a lease, I asked him to negotiate for under $400 per month. In a state of shock because he came back with $388, I said OK. One of my requirements was to receive no less than $4000 for my trade-in as it was worth almost $4500 as a trade-in, which I would sell privately if need be. I was given $3,350, which I did not even realize because I was given one-page of paperwork. I had to look hard. Also, I was coming down with the flu and 103 degree fever ... which lasted six weeks ... and didn't even look at the paperwork or drive the car since purchasing it for about two weeks. I was also talked into road hazard insurance which was outrageously expensive. I refused it 3 times, but was pushed and pushed by the finance person. I want to cancel it, but they are requesting a $50 fee to do so. This pushed my monthly lease amount well over $400, which is beyond my budget. I have written several letters for assistance. I would like to cancel the road hazard insurance and change the lease financing to purchase financing. I would negotiated a good loan price with my credit unions ... who are ready to work with me. My response from Curry was a letter from an attorney ... No help ... this is buyer's remorse. No one from Curry even called me about this matter. I am currently working with senior organizations in the community to try and change this lease to a purchase and remove the road hazard insurance. Additionally, I work at a community service organization ... many dealers volunteer in the community. I find no evidence of Curry Honda volunteering in the community. More

They lie to you about serious problems/ 5th Gen CRV engines I went to Curry Honda back in fall of 2018 to talk about upgrading my 2018 CRV to a higher trim model. At that time the sales person told me someone f I went to Curry Honda back in fall of 2018 to talk about upgrading my 2018 CRV to a higher trim model. At that time the sales person told me someone from Honda corporate had come to the dealership and trained their sales and service staff all about oil dilution. The sales person stated emphatically ALL Honda dealership Staff got this training and anyone who said otherwise was lying. I did not end up upgrading my car. But fast forward to February 2019. While putting washer fluid in my car the engine started rapping badly. Called road side assistance, had it towed in. After they looked at it, the service advisor Brandon came and got me and took me into the managers office, where he tried to show me a stupid video Honda has made about Oil dilution. He lied to my face and told me that oil dilution is normal and not a problem at all. He insisted that the oil being an inch over the full line is fine and totally normal. He denied that they smelled gasoline in the oil, which I know for a fact is a lie, I smelled it, it reeked, and I had coworkers smell it as well. He also insisted that my engine rapping is normal and all CRV's sound like that. I asked could I hear another one on their lot and he said no. He said what Honda was going to do for me was have this dealership check my oil once a week and if it needed it, they would change my oil at no charge. I asked how often is this going to need to be changed? And IF this is all normal, why are they going to start changing my oil more frequently than normal? He said I'm not sure how often I will call Honda corporate back and ask. He assured me repeatedly this is all normal, nothing to worry about at all. A simple google search reveals that Oil dilution is a HUGE problem, causes premature engine wear and you WILL have catastrophic engine failure. There is no IF with this, its only a matter of time before your engine blows and Curry Honda KNOWS this!! Instead of standing up to Honda and protecting their customers, they choose to tow the Honda corporate line and lie to customers. After my oil was changed I was given some BS papers from Honda once again claiming Oil dilution is ok, not a problem, that Honda is extending the warranty on some engine parts etc etc. And once again Brandon lied to me about how this is all fine, nothing to worry about. I work with 2 ASE certified mechanics who have said this is all NOT normal, and NOT ok and my engine WILL blow. If it got 1 inch over filled in 1600 miles because of gasoline getting into my oil, its going to blow and soon. If my engine is rapping, its been damaged, it's not ok. Brandon then told me that Honda changed its mind, and said I do not need to come back for future oil changes, just have the oil changed when the maintenance minder comes on or come back if the check engine light comes on, or if the engine noise gets worse. Everything he said contradicted itself. HE and Curry are a bunch of liars who are looking out for THEIR bottom line not yours. I posted this all on Curry Honda facebook page, and instead of addressing my concerns, they BLOCKED me from their page. So once again, take note of how badly they treat customers! Oil dilution is a WELL KNOWN issue with the 2017-2019 Honda CRV. SOME dealerships are taking a stand for their customers and refusing to lie to them about it. Curry however is only looking out for themselves. BEWARE, do NOT buy here, they are wildly dishonest and will lie to you, to protect Honda corporate and themselves. This is my last Honda, and I will never return to Curry Honda again. I will however post the truth about them, everywhere I possibly can. More
