I recently visited Curry Honda for service, and although I was initially helped by another technician during check-in while Brandon was at lunch, I want to take a moment to especially recognize Brandon for I was initially helped by another technician during check-in while Brandon was at lunch, I want to take a moment to especially recognize Brandon for his outstanding support. Once he returned, Brandon stepped in and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything that was being done to my vehicle in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Brandon's great personality and positive attitude made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Brandon, and the Curry Honda service team for a great visit. Car went in for oil change at Curry and I was told that it needed new front struts. Very early for it to need new struts. We got a second opinion at a local dealership in our town and they found no evidenc it needed new front struts. Very early for it to need new struts.
