I just moved to this area. On Sunday, I got a flat tire with nothing open except the tire store in W. Springfield. AAA towed me [great experience], but the tires needed balancing, and the electronics reset after the vulcanization patch. I reviewed comments for dealerships in the area and picked Curry Honda Chicopee due to its incredible ratings. It was the right choice! I was nervous. Brandon took his time walking me through everything and put me at ease. I was overdue for a warranty repair because the part had not yet arrived in SC. It was available at Curry Honda, so I spent 90 minutes there to do it then. About 8 to 10 customers were waiting for their cars in the client area. The valet made fresh popcorn in individual bags and helped us get fresh coffee or tea! People were working in a quiet zone in a separate room, others were watching TV, and others were introducing themselves and chatting. Brandon Morgado kept me apprised of every step, as he knew I had to leave by a particular time to make another appointment. This is the best service I have ever received at any Honda dealer in the US, beginning with my Honda purchase in CT, moving to VT for 17 years, the 7 years in Charleston, SC, and now back here to New England!
