Explained the recommended services, reviewed the costs, keep me posted every step of the way, especially when an unexpected Brandon was very thorough. Disappointed with Lack of Communication I dropped my wife’s vehicle off on Saturday at 130. They close at 4 but I was told that sales was open til 6 so I could get from them. So I come back I dropped my wife’s vehicle off on Saturday at 130. They close at 4 but I was told that sales was open til 6 so I could get from them. So I come back at 530 and sales told me no paperwork or keys were left so I couldn’t get it. So now I can’t get it til Monday and my wife has no vehicle. So I had to take a half day at work to get her vehicle and when I complained they did nothing except say sorry. Very upset at this More
