Dead battery second visit Brandon went above and beyond. Car was jumped on Friday. By the time I got to Curry car hadbeen running for an hour and battery tested fine. Spent 2 h Brandon went above and beyond. Car was jumped on Friday. By the time I got to Curry car hadbeen running for an hour and battery tested fine. Spent 2 hr there while all tests run. Said all fine. Went out this am, car fine. After first stop car was dead. Had it towed to Curry, after waiting almost 2 hours for Honda roadside assistance to send a tow truck. Battery totally dead. Brandon had me in and out in45 min. This was the second time I have worked with Brandon. I had my wiper blades replaced and had a problem. Came back, service said they were fine, they weren't! Spoke to Brandon he looked at them and said they were on wrong or upside down and fixed them. More

Great service by Brandon. Brandon showed concern to meet our time frame for service. He also made us aware of a safety recall on our CR-V.
