It was very disappointing to hear that my car needed such a large and expensive repair when I have taken good care of it but Andrew was very understanding and did his best to answer all of my questions and g a large and expensive repair when I have taken good care of it but Andrew was very understanding and did his best to answer all of my questions and give me time to make a decision.
