I bought a used Toyota Highlander from Walser Honda that had a significant issue that neither I, nor Walser, knew about during the purchase process. I took the vehicle in 10 days after purchase and Walser stood behind the car and fixed the issue at their expense (even offering a loaner, which I declined). The purchase process is fairly simple with the no-haggle pricing but the aftercare on this car was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend! My only complaint is that there wasn't the best proactive communication. I had to call each time to get an update. More
