Brandon was so helpful treated me like family he has not seen for a while and remembered three years ago when I picked up my first lease with Castle Buick. Because of his friendly approached and his patience in explaining to me my options, I ended up with a new lease and driving home with another Encore. Rudy and Oscar were both great in explaining financial issues and Henry to get me insurance coverage comparisons. BTW, thanks to Lionel for getting the car I brought in serviced. I brought my own financing but they still tried to match or beat the rate I got. That was my only delay but I appreciated the effort. All in all a great car shopping experience. More
