I purchased a new Honda Pilot and the customer service I received from Brandon was exceptional. He was polite and friendly. I took test drive and he explained me all the features. He also helped me transfer all of my belongings from my old car to the new. I went few days later for license plates and he was helpful and friendly the same way when he sold me the car 10/10 to Brandon for the customer service. Now the reason for 2 stars is the way by old car's trade in was handled by their sales manger(Not Brandon). Firstly I had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to get the quote. I was extremely shocked when I saw the trade in value of my old car. It was less than even the half of the market value of my old car. I was trading in a very well maintained Honda vehicle. When I said no, he went back and came after 15 mins and offered 5000 more which was still very very less than the market value. He was pressurizing me to buy the new vehicle on the same day even I was not happy with the trade in value. He was asking to keep both the vehicles. For a average income person is this a big liability to have 2 cars and 1 car sitting at home!!! When the sales manager realized that I am not going to buy the car because of low trade in value, The sales manager again came back with some fair amount. After the sale happened, I checked the status of my old car after few days and they listed it as Honda Certified with big margin!! So, instead of being fair and truthful to the customer they were trying to rob me by giving bare minimum trade in value to get huge profit. To me it is a scam or a cheap strategy to 1st give a very low trade-in value and then gradually increase based on customer's response. If a customer is not educated about the trade in value of their car they may end up with a bad deal. So keep this in mind if you are looking for a trading in. More
