Went to my local Honda dealership and had the worst experience ever, so I decided to check out DealerRater for other dealerships within a 100 mile radius. I contacted Garden State Honda and I have neve experience ever, so I decided to check out DealerRater for other dealerships within a 100 mile radius. I contacted Garden State Honda and I have never been so pleased with a dealership in my life! My local dealership basically told me I couldn't afford a new car and my payment expectations were unrealistic. Well, after speaking to Brandon over the phone, I drove 2 hours to Garden State and just a few hours later, I was driving home in a new 2024 Honda HR-V Sport. I cannot praise Brandon enough. He went above and BEYOND to work with me and help me in any and every way possible. I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness and courtesy. He listened to everything I had to say.
