Jeep Grand Cherokee and found one we were interested in at Taylor CDJR. As soon as we stepped though the door everyone there was very friendly and quite helpful. Our Sales Consultant, Brandon Scroggins, was especially impressive with his friendly personality and low pressure customer care. There's just not enough good words available to describe Brandon! A "tip of the hat" also goes to Sales Manager Ray Marko as well.
We worked through the sales process over several visits (since our personal schedules were pretty busy that week), but in the end everything turned out to be absolutely perfect. The test drives went as expected and the "new to us" Grand Cherokee itself was in like-new condition and is just such a King of the Road! They also took in our trade-in which was a Jeep Cherokee Latitude that had served us well over the past 7 years. We arranged financing with Finance Director Craig Courtney, went through all the rest of the final details with Brandon Scroggins and then it was out the door driving home with grins on our faces.
In conclusion I'd like to state that I've received great service from the Taylor Parts Department too over the years when the occasional need for OEM parts came along. If you do happen to need reliable factory parts, they have a bunch of fine people working behind their parts counter at Taylor.
So, if you're looking for a new, like-new or used vehicle, why not give Taylor a try? We're glad we did and you should at least let them have a chance to prove it to you too. Just ask for Brandon and you'll be in good hands!
