I was extremely lead on by this dealership and that definitely was the main reason for this review. This was the only dealership that made it seem like there was no markup or mandatory accessory packag definitely was the main reason for this review. This was the only dealership that made it seem like there was no markup or mandatory accessory packages that went on the car and did not disclose of those charges on the “price certificate” that they sent out. All other Honda dealerships in SoCal have been extremely transparent if they have markups or accessory packages and I have not ran into a single one in over 25+ that have not disclosed or tried to hide that they do. That costed me a full evening & 65 miles worth of driving. I cannot recommend Spreen Honda to anyone in the future for this reason. I did work with Jonathan on the sales floor while I was there and he was great, and did his job well. The managers here, not so much. More
