Recommend/ undecided We are happy with our transaction and the 2019 KIA...BUT are not happy that with the upgrade and added expense there was no CD player in our vehicle We are happy with our transaction and the 2019 KIA...BUT are not happy that with the upgrade and added expense there was no CD player in our vehicle and we were not told about it...we had to discover it. When we mentioned it we were basically told to go to Best Buy and purchase a $20.00 plug in CD player or get a usb ...add our music and plug it in. NOW...is that satisfactory answer or solution...we are not happy. We have contacted professional installers for a installation of a 'out of market' unit at a cost of $900.00...we are not going to go to that added expense. The car is great and we love the features it does have and the blue color is just what we wanted. BUT as we said not happy with no CD player. More

Unmatched professionalism & customer service 🤩 I was referred to George Gee from family-friends who purchase several vehicles from many of the flagship dealerships. I’ve heard nothing but the best of Mr. Gee and his teams!! George connected me to a number of his salesmen and team members, all of which hold the highest level of professionalism and truly care about the customer! After going back and forth throughout about a week or so of searching for the right vehicle (I’m super picky, lol) Glen Wilkinson from Cadillac Kia Coeur d’Alene, ID reached out and started a process of elimination from the plethora of cars they had preselected for me... countless hours devoted to helping me find the right vehicle!! long story ... somewhat shorter, we pulled the trigger on a brand new 2018 Kia Niro LX Hybrid!! Not only did they give me a smoking deal, but they took care of me every tree of the way; flying me and my wife out from Sacramento, CA to Spokane, WA where Glen Wilkinson personally picked us up and escorted us back to the Cadillac Kia Coeur d’Alene dealership where we finalized the purchase. The entire staff at that dealership are some of the most friendly, thoughtful and professional individuals! ...they streamlined our entire process and sent us off in style! Lastly, George Gee went over and beyond, exceeding our expectations and treating us like royalty!
