Jennifer was extremely helpful. We were allowed to stay home while they ran our paperwork through. This was especially helpful since my husband and I are both handicapped. All we had to do was go in and si home while they ran our paperwork through. This was especially helpful since my husband and I are both handicapped. All we had to do was go in and sign the papers! Easy! More

Awesome people!! All of the people I dealt with were great. Very open and transparent. Pre sale everything good, post terrible. Typical car sale ex During the sale Glenn, the finance team and manager were excellent to work with. After the sale we have not been so impressed. The car had a scratch t During the sale Glenn, the finance team and manager were excellent to work with. After the sale we have not been so impressed. The car had a scratch that Glenn said could be buffed out, took time off work to come to service department and they advised it could not be and would need to have back panel painted. Have been trying to get UVO remote start set up for several days, stopped by dealership today and was given step by step instructions. Spent 40 minutes in my car trying to set up when I got home. Called dealership and spoke with Glenn who advised the car we bought didn't have this option. We talked about this before deciding on the new versus the used and the gentleman that helped me today never mentioned this. This was an option that I had talked to Glenn about being a feature I liked on my Jeep even though the cost was high. He advised it was free on UVO. More
