I went into Lexus in Gwinnett on a whim to check out a car that was bigger than the ones I currently had. Brandon answered all of my questions and accommodated my newborn son and I. Brandon was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. His honesty and transparency pretty much sealed the deal. Fourth Lexus from Hennessy - 15 minutes in and out! I selected my vehicle in advance and asked for a specific time to get in and out. My office made wagers on how long it would take.... with the longe I selected my vehicle in advance and asked for a specific time to get in and out. My office made wagers on how long it would take.... with the longest being 3 hours. GUESS WHAT??? Rich Mahoney had me in and out of finance office in 13 minutes. I was in my car and out the door in 15 minutes. Electronic desktop review and signing of paperwork is awesome. Taking home a thumbdrive with paperwork instead of a huge stack of paper was great too! Love this dealership! More

After a few less than desirable experiences this weekend in the Atlanta car market, I was amazed that there is a dealer out there that does not look or feel like a car dealership. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, took care of every step of the sales process, and followed through on every little detail. I have to also give Kudos to Jin Kim in finance. She was very personable and expeditious in her work. My wife told me she was never going back to any other dealers after this experience! Fantastic job! More
