I Brandon Wachenschwanz at Don Ayers Honda is a Master Class in customer service. I am a slow thoughtful buyer which can turn off most sales people. I went to the dealership three times before I decided to purchase a 2018 Honda CR-V. The first time, he patiently went through each vehicle that I thought I might be interested in. We discussed the pluses and minuses of each car. Even when I was dazzled by the sporty little car, he discussed how it didn’t quite fit my original “must have” list. The second visit, I retest drove the car I thought I wanted and relooked at each of the features that were important to me to help me narrow down the package I wanted and to choose the color combination. My third visit was the most important. The make, model, color & package that I wanted, was waiting for me. Brandon made sure that I had remembered to bring in all the pertinent information for a seamless transaction. I met the whole team who thanked me for giving them the opportunity to serve me. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price and a place I can trust the service in the future. I can honestly say that I have never been more thrilled with the result of purchasing a vehicle More

The sales team was helpful and courteous and did not try to oversell. The car was competitively priced and I am very happy with my purchase. All dealerships take you into a room to sell you extra coverage. So, no different here. But you are free to make up your own mind. Everyone spent a lot of time making sure I understood what was happening, the features of my car and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. More
