Whole process of buying was extremely unprofessional. We was asked to sign papers before we even see financial guy then he came out from office and said you have some question about financing,he didn’t ev We was asked to sign papers before we even see financial guy then he came out from office and said you have some question about financing,he didn’t even said let’s step to my office.After 6 hours spent in dealership we finalized everything.Next day when i open car doors it was pike of dust on all doors,trunk was dirty from inside (plastic),tweeter on passenger door was loose,mud and dirt all over( i have pictures and contated Brandon sales person send him pictures as well )When we was at the dealership we was told that they replaced all filters and oil,when i called BMW headquarter they said they don’t see that anyone has replaced air filter and ac filters which is due (they recommend local dealership.I called dozen time Brandon sales person he respond twice that we will get back to me but never called me back.Reason for this bad review is that that i was lied from beginning and i was charged for detailing car but they was just pulled thru bay wash.Never again BMW of Sarasota More

Also enjoyed working with Nichole (my Genius) who is so knowledgeable and patient, especially with someone not too tech savvy.
