I am a first time customer and had no prior impressions of this dealership. While I was considering a new car seriously, I had already visited a competing dealership and planned to buy their car. So, I wa of this dealership. While I was considering a new car seriously, I had already visited a competing dealership and planned to buy their car. So, I was only looking a bit more to assure my intent. We visited this dealership on a Saturday and after I left some hours later, I not only bought a new BMW and was also able to trade in my existing car on the spot. During this seamless process I was able to experience informative and constructive sales discussions with Brandon and also with the general manager of sales, Rob. The final purchase agreement was fair and non-contentious. Trading in my car was surprisingly easy given it being a different make. Before I left, I was introduced to my service contact, Brooke, who left no questions unanswered while assuring her availability for service needs going forward. Before I left, another specialist, Milan spent time with me to assure I fully understood the car features and set up relevant connections. Overall, a great experience with every phase of the sales process exemplified by a cohesive and competent team. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Whole process of buying was extremely unprofessional. We was asked to sign papers before we even see financial guy then he came out from office and said you have some question about financing,he didn’t ev We was asked to sign papers before we even see financial guy then he came out from office and said you have some question about financing,he didn’t even said let’s step to my office.After 6 hours spent in dealership we finalized everything.Next day when i open car doors it was pike of dust on all doors,trunk was dirty from inside (plastic),tweeter on passenger door was loose,mud and dirt all over( i have pictures and contated Brandon sales person send him pictures as well )When we was at the dealership we was told that they replaced all filters and oil,when i called BMW headquarter they said they don’t see that anyone has replaced air filter and ac filters which is due (they recommend local dealership.I called dozen time Brandon sales person he respond twice that we will get back to me but never called me back.Reason for this bad review is that that i was lied from beginning and i was charged for detailing car but they was just pulled thru bay wash.Never again BMW of Sarasota More
