While I was finalizing the paperwork, Brandon went out to my new car and programmed in my old security code, presets, and everything else (even remembered to grab the CD from my old car, which I would have forgotten!) I did receive a follow up phone call from a manager, it was not pushy at all, it was simply a follow up. We went in a week later after thinking about the purchase. Brandon was there to help. We decided to purchase the car. Brandon stayed late ( I think he was supposed to leave at 5 and he stayed past 7) to walk us through the process. My husband and I were not able to take the next day off of work to pick up the car. Brandon was kind enough to deliver it to our house. If you are in the market for a Ford, and decide to go to this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Brandon. He was professional, thorough, and not at all pushy. More
