I have lived in many places all over the country including New Mexico, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and now Connecticut. I have had many interactions with a very diverse spectrum of people. I bought a new Ioniq 5, which is a truly amazing, great car. However, my sales process was a disaster. The car arrived early, and I had to accept receipt of the car early so they could move on the car befo car. However, my sales process was a disaster. The car arrived early, and I had to accept receipt of the car early so they could move on the car before the end of the month. The entire sales process was super high pressure, and as a result, there were numerous miscommunications including the actual price of the car, miles on the lease, and the lease terms. My Bluelink account was set-up incorrectly by the dealer, and no one even explained any of the car's features to me after I purchased the car. After the sale, I have not even been able to get floor mats, and any responsiveness went out the door. They clearly do not have it together on this car, or perhaps, this is just the dealership. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews, but felt the need to do it here. More
