Thank You for your feedback but I am not sure I understand because originally when texted Brandon you wanted everything included in the price taxes title licensing etc... and we explained it was not. Then the next day you started texting back with our Used Car Manager and he made you a little better deal and then you decided you wanted the vehicle at the new price . We agreed and even went and picked you up and brought you to the dealership which was 2 hour run. We thought you were happy with everything we did and the deal we made you so I am not sure I understand. The entire Sapaugh Team always want our Customers Completely Satisfied Thank You !

A little better price , yes, but not the deal we had agreed up until time of signing. I still am paying more, so it’s not a “deal”. You do realize I didn’t make up the definition of “out the door price”, I just happen to know what it means and have read what it means. If your employees at a car dealership don’t know that, maybe they shouldn’t use the language (by textbook definition) of “”out the door price “. On top of that, after I didn’t want to accept another 3000+ dollars Brandon was mad and commented to me and my niece, “yeah, guess you’re not getting your truck” as in it’s my loss anyway. My niece got in the car and immediately said “I wouldn’t give him a penny. What a jerk. I can’t believe he said that,” The only thing I asked for was for you all to stay true to the offer you all gave me. Still disappointed. Horrible experience. Also, someone only came to pick me up because Brandon backed out of the delivery too once we didn’t agree on the definition of words. Definitions of words are not opinions or assumptions. Don’t believe me? That’s okay. Look it up and tell me what out the door price means. Then believe Merriam-Webster. I did nothing wrong. I just wanted to buy a car at the out the door price I was offered.
