April 2022 front wheel bearing went out and I took my 2014 Ram 1500 to Hill/Kelly for the repair. After all they have the technicians, special tools and parts for my truck. I paid the invoice and recei 2014 Ram 1500 to Hill/Kelly for the repair. After all they have the technicians, special tools and parts for my truck. I paid the invoice and received my truck. On the invoice it states I would have a two year unlimited miles warranty on the repair work. September 2023, 17 months after the work the left front wheel bearing is going out. I went to Hill/Kelly to talk about the warranty and replacing the left front wheel bearing under their warranty. The service adviser I spoke with that day tells me there is only a one year warranty on the AFTER MARKET wheel bearing they installed. I did not authorize nor was I aware Hill/Kelly technicians put an after market wheel bearing on my truck. It has been a month with going to Hill/Kelly and calling Hill/Kelly with promised call backs from Trent, The customer advocate seems to want to help, but so far no response to my request for Hill/Kelly as to why After Market parts were installed on my truck instead of MoPar parts and when they are going to honor the warranty stated on the invoice. Customers beware it appears what you think you paid good money for may not be what you actually got. I understand good work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t good. Hill/Kelly got me don’t let them get You. A Highly dissatisfied customer, Jim Shell More

The customer service at this dealership is absolutely atrocious. We got an oil change done at this dealership in October of 2021 in our Jeep that hardly ever gets driven. We had it done right before we atrocious. We got an oil change done at this dealership in October of 2021 in our Jeep that hardly ever gets driven. We had it done right before we moved 1,000 miles away. Fast forward to now and only 1,900 miles later we go to change the oil in it because it had been sitting awhile and we find that the drain plug in the oil pan had been so overtightened that we cannot remove it. After several hours of trying to remove it we contact our local Jeep dealership in the new state and they told just that the drain pan most likely is damaged now and will need replaced. After MANY calls to Hill Kelly we were told someone would call us back. We spoke with Brandy a few times who assured us someone would call back. A few other employees that we spoke to told us that Paul Marchant would call us back as soon as possible. That never happened. The next day, and several more calls later we finally talked to Paul Marchant, who is allegedly the service supervisor... and not sure how he got that position. He basically told us that the he wouldn't stand behind another Jeep dealership looking at our Jeep and telling us that in fact there was damage that was caused by Hill Kelly. when we told him that this was unbelievable and it wasn't the first time we had problems at Hill Kelly he said well why do you keep coming back then? He said there are plenty of other Jeep dealerships you can get your vehicle serviced at. Not once did Paul apologize for this bad experience or offer to help in any way. He simply told us to go elsewhere or drive 1000 miles back to Hill Kelly so he could look at it, and still said he wouldn't guarantee anything would be done by them. Mr. Marchant said that the other Jeep dealership could get the overtightened plug out and re-tap the oil pan and it shouldn't cost us much money. He stated it would be our responsibility to pay for anything that had to be done, even though it was their mistake. He went on to say that he had spoken with Mr. Miles Bentley personally and that Mr. Bentley indicated that they would not stand behind their work. Mr. Marchant said this incident is our fault because we only change the oil about once a year since we only drive the vehicle maybe 2,000 miles a year. I am pretty sure that Mr. Bentley would be disappointed to hear his service supervisor tell a customer to go get their jeep serviced somewhere else. Mr. Marchant, I will continue to repeat this review in every forum until this situation is resolved. More

February 09, 2022 spoke with sale and was told they didn’t think they could hold the car till the February 28, 2022 February 10, 2022 Called and Talked To a Manager. Found out the car was mine and didn’t think they could hold the car till the February 28, 2022 February 10, 2022 Called and Talked To a Manager. Found out the car was mine and he could hole the car till the 28 because he could not get it inspected for a week or more. That was not true is car was already inspected. Between February 10 – 28 2022 I called and talked to my salesman and paid for the Sturt tower brace to be installed. February 28, 2022 I picked Up the Car with 18 miles on it. March 01, 2022 Engine Light Came on (Did not have the car 24 hours) My Salesman Called Me and asked how the new car was and I informed him of the engine light. My salesman said he would make the sale right. Between March 3-7 I called the local dealership and set up getting my new car looked. The drop off date was March 13, 2022 March 14-15, 2022 I kept InTouch with my salesman. On March 15, 2022 my salesman said he could put me in a new / other car. I said let’s wait till we see what is wrong with this one. On March 16, 2022 I was told by the local dealership the car was looked at and now needed an engine mechanic. On March 16 - 17, 2022 I called my salesman and gave him an update and said lets go with the other car and picked the one I have now. On March 18, 2022 my wife and I was informed by the local dealership that the car was worked on by hill Kelly. A valve spring was put in the engine with 18 miles on it. On March 19, 2022 my wife and I drove back the hill Kelly in the rental to pick up the new car the one I have now. The rental was also returned that night. Total Bill for the rental was 533.28 Plus gas. On march 21-22 my wife and I went to the local dealership to get my stuff out of the old car and found out the car was not put back together correctly a gasket was pinched causing a leak and make the engine light to come on. I have been trying to get Reimbursement for this rental starting March 21, 2022. I had to rent a car and drive 3 hours to Hill Kelly to pick up a new car that was unsafe for me and my wife to drive back 3 hours hours home in. Than I had to rent a car for 7 days because my new car was in the shop. My wife and I had to drive 3 hours back to Hill Kelly to get the new car I have now. The sad thing is I am out $600.00 and Hill Kelly did this to a first responder knowing I am a first responder. Brandy Pastor reached out to me the other day. After talking to her she was able to fix / help me with my problem. I can say my sales man was right. They did make it right. I will be back to get another Dodge / Ram car, suv or truck. More
