Everyone was courteous. The only complaint that I have is I made an appointment on Tuesday to bring my ram 1500 in Friday morning at 7:15. Then they did not even pull it into the shop until Monday. If I kne I made an appointment on Tuesday to bring my ram 1500 in Friday morning at 7:15. Then they did not even pull it into the shop until Monday. If I knew that was the case, It would have been much easier for me to bring it in Saturday. What is the point of making an appointment? More

In December paid $4600 to have the cam and lifters replaced on my Ram 1500 truck, called in February about oil leak from work done in December. Told they didn’t have a loner available and would be con replaced on my Ram 1500 truck, called in February about oil leak from work done in December. Told they didn’t have a loner available and would be contacted when one was available. Never heard back, contacted service again mid April, took truck in picked up loner four days later hail storm hit dealership and truck was damaged. Oil leak was from valve cover gasket. Picked up truck was shown gasket, it had a split in it, was told by mechanic there that it was pinched from repair in December. Now my insurance has to pay for damages from the storm. Talked to Braxton and Jeremy both of them told me new gaskets can have defects. It was NOT a defect, it was pinched in the repair. I was talked down to by both of them, like I was not knowledgeable of mechanical work. I’m 64 years old and have worked on my own vehicles most of my life. I drive for a living. Im very upset with these service people and with Landers because my truck should not have been there when the hailstorm hit, if it had been repaired CORRECTLY in December. More
