No appointment and he was very busy(rightfully so), so we didn’t mind the wait at all. Once we started the process, he handled the process seamlessly

Literally had cars ready to go and already set up our first service appointment before we left. They didn’t haggle us on pricing and actually gave more on trade then they originally offered. I was very surprised, coming from the car business world, when we went back to finance, and they did try to sell us all the foofoo extended warranties and such. Overall, very positive experience. My wife loves her new Mustang and I’m looking forward to getting mine soon!
