Terribly rude customer service I couldn't get any updates and he wouldn't listen to the actual problem I was having just trying to do a bunch of unnecessary work. The dealer should do a quick walkthrough with the customer before releasing the vehicle. Had the dealer done a walkthrough with me, we would have noticed that a clip was broken and could had figured customer before releasing the vehicle. As opposed to me driving home, noticing the issue, go back another day only to be told they couldn't fix an order the part and return once the part is ordered and received. Everyone was nice about it but it was a significant inconvenience. More

Mid Town Kia has excellent customer service, and the buying process was not as negative as other car dealerships I went to when I was looking for a new car. The maintenance dept is also great and the ex buying process was not as negative as other car dealerships I went to when I was looking for a new car.
