First they told me they didn't have my vehicle. I call about every day after the two weeks they told me because they said they couldn't work on my vehicle for 2 weeks. The service is good, however it can take forever to talk to a human being if I call to ask any questions. Same goes with email - I have submitted multiple emails and have never received a response.
