Practical, friendly and I bought a used vehicle with ease. The finance officer was efficient and I didn’t have to wait too long. When there were problems with finding my rent car which Tyler turned over ease. The finance officer was efficient and I didn’t have to wait too long. When there were problems with finding my rent car which Tyler turned over to Enterprise, I had to go back to dealership, Enterprise had No record of return. Tyler should have gotten some name or documentation at the time he gave it to Enterprise agent. 10 days later, I went to Kia and sat there til they found it on a back lot. Everyone was polite and finally got the problem solved. All in all, it was an OK negotiation. More

They promise, one thing or two things or three things and never deliver. They lured us in with a great deal and promised they wouldn’t charge us for the floor mats. By the time we left four hours later the m never deliver. They lured us in with a great deal and promised they wouldn’t charge us for the floor mats. By the time we left four hours later the monthly payment was $50 more per month than promised and when I got home, they had included the floor mats which I’m sure they his, wrapped into the price. They lied repeatedly about why the cost changed, but in the end, it was still pretty good deal. I would’ve gotten a Tesla and saved four hours of my life and walked away feeling less taken advantage of but The price really was still too good to pass up. I don’t know why this place can’t give customers a better experience save everyone a whole bunch of time and leave the customer feeling respected, but it is clearly not in their protocol. This is our second lease here, and there won’t be a third. More
