Came in for a non-functioning hatchback door. Brendan was very prompt and professional getting me checked in and getting me an estimate. Unfortunately, my manufacturer’s warranty had just expired Brendan was very prompt and professional getting me checked in and getting me an estimate. Unfortunately, my manufacturer’s warranty had just expired, so Brendan dug deeper and found that there was an extended warranty I had forgotten about. He spent a great deal of time dealing with Fidelity and getting the claim sorted, and saved me over $700 on the repair/replacement. He did an amazing job keeping me informed, and I’m very happy with the job he did. Highly recommend. More

I was ignored when I asked for help and left to wait in my car for 10min before anybody realized that I was still waiting to be seen. The guy who then proceeded to work with me throughout my appointment wa my car for 10min before anybody realized that I was still waiting to be seen. The service advisor was poorly trained and unable to address my maintenance questions. The service tech did not perform all tasks requested and had to bring my Pilot back into the bay to finish the work address my maintenance questions. The service tech did not perform all tasks requested and had to bring my Pilot back into the bay to finish the work. When I got home I noticed that bolts were missing and loose so I had to bring my Pilot back to the dealer. The service manager was unprofessional in making the experiment and work right. I will not be back. More
