Daniel Villaverde was exceptional from beginning through delivery. I could not have asked for a better sales person at Audi in Coral Springs, Florida. Unfortunately, the Audi logistics and production arms delivery. I could not have asked for a better sales person at Audi in Coral Springs, Florida. Unfortunately, the Audi logistics and production arms are unsatisfactory. My car took 8.5 months from order until delivery; this is 4 months past the original dealer delivery ETA of 2-14 Mar 23. Do not try to blame COVID for the clown act of vehicle production, shipment, and delivery. My time and patience was not adequately compensated for waiting an additional 4 months. The poorest logistical situational awareness occurred when the car was preparing to leave Germany for Port Jacksonville. Upon arrival in Port Jacksonville, the car remained there for almost 7 weeks. It appeared there was no proactive communication between Jacksonville and Coral Springs Audi. Fortunately, Daniel was very proactive and took great initiative to track my car down each week. He should not have to call the port each week and satisfy my weekly inquires. Audi needs to develop a better process to communicate the exact location, situation, and process their cars are undergoing while delayed in a port. Port employees need to be trained or retrained, and provided the ability to better track and provide timely and accurate ETAs to dealerships. Perhaps Port Jacksonville is a known clown act with multiple car dealerships. If so, what are you doing to get rid of the clowns? Right now, sadly it appears Audi is supplying red noses and clown shoes and encouraging them to join and perform in the Circus Ring of Audi Logistics. I was not amused and did not want admission to a circus. The excuses I was given included not enough port employees, technical tests required for each vehicle, and an overall lack of initiative, purpose and direction in Port Jacksonville. For such an amazing car, the logistics and production arms have clearly failed. Do better Audi if you ever want a repeat customer. More

would give zero stars if I could, Spoke to Brendan over 2 weeks ago, sent him an email about a week ago with no response. Says that he will solve the issues I have had with the purchase but there is no follo weeks ago, sent him an email about a week ago with no response. Says that he will solve the issues I have had with the purchase but there is no follow through. Sold me a damaged, dirty car. Would not recommend to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional. Continuously talked over me when he was talking to me on the phone, barely let me get any words out without trying to correct me and tell me I am wrong when I am not. He also tried telling me that he thinks I made a mistake and that my email was hacked when I complained about my experience. More
