Minor issues -Preapproved financial paperwork was not transferred to financial representative completing the final sale. Lack of knowledge and expertise resulted in hours trying to analyze the issue including talking to service, Toyota Customer Service and sales representatives. Toyota Customer Service was no help and exasperated the issue of a lack of knowledge. The issue was solved when a Sales Mgr asked a non-service tech to help. The matter was resolved in minutes. Brenden is a top notch salesman. He was our second salesman because the prior salesperson dropped the ball on our vehicle order. By the end of the process, it all worked out. The beginning was rough with a sales person that was not a good fit and attempting to charge 5k over msrp when I'm a resident of CO. Then I felt like my trade was not as much as I would have liked. I felt like I knew more than the sales people about the vehicle oddly enough. Very frustrating to have to wait months for a vehicle and not know what color or features you will end up with. I'll continue to go to corwin for services but not sure if I'll be back for another purchase. In the end I finally got my 4Runner and am happy with it. More
