When my truck finially came in he called and set up a time to come in. These new trucks are loaded with so much technology that it is pretty overwhelming. Joe spent at least 2 hours setting up my acct with Ford Pass and going over everything from the navigation to all the lighting zones and what ever I asked about. All I can say is I wished I bought trucks more often. Joe would be my salesperson. If you want a great experience then you need to go to Colonial Ford. All the people working there that I came into contact are great! More
