My husband and I ended up at Toyota Gladstone after a poor experience at another dealership. We luckily got connected with Brendon and what started as going "for just a test drive" turned into a purchas poor experience at another dealership. We luckily got connected with Brendon and what started as going "for just a test drive" turned into a purchase! Brendon was very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and very patient when answering our questions. We picked up our new Rav4 Prime the very next night. Both nights we stayed well past closing and never felt rushed. Brendon is a great communicator, easy to work with and highly recommended. We had a great experience at Toyota Gladstone and LOVE LOVE LOVE our new Rav4 Prime! Thank you! More

I have been wanting to get a larger SUV 4Runner for about a year and I was nearing the end of my lease for my Audi so my husband and I went to a few dealerships, we were met by high pressure sales associates a year and I was nearing the end of my lease for my Audi so my husband and I went to a few dealerships, we were met by high pressure sales associates and did not have a good experience. Already frustrated by we went to Gladstone and met Brendon as soon as we walked in. Within the first few minutes I already felt more relaxed than my previous experiences that day. Brendon was very knowledgeable and helpful. After spending a few hours looking we found out that Audi would not allow Toyota to buy the lease and required I go through them. Feeling discouraged and disappointed I left without the 4Runner I fell in love with. A few days later Brendon reached out to see if I had questions or if there was anything he could do. I told him I wanted to wait till after Christmas and he was very respectful and didn’t communicate further until after the holiday. He then reached out to me on 01/02 which was the last day of Toyota days and informed me on a deal on the 4Runner. My husband and I went back again and it was a deal I couldn’t pass up on and left with a beautiful 2023 4Runner TRD premium. The entire experience was pleasant, Brendon wasn’t ever pushy, but he also did his due diligence by reaching out several times. Once I got the keys he was very patient and explained the workings of the car and made sure I had all my questions asked before I left. I have since reached out for a few questions and he has immediately responded. I will be a returning customer and will refer Brendon specifically to friends and family. More

This has been by far my best experience at a dealership. Brendon was a very good helpful and not pushy at all. He definitely made it an enjoyable experience.
