Brendon was super fast in contacting us and super friendly -- very good at communicating and staying in contact. Everyone at the dealership seemed professional and competent. The amount they offered for a trade-in was $2K below CarMax, so I went to CarMax to sell old car after buying the new car. More

My husband and I ended up at Toyota Gladstone after a poor experience at another dealership. We luckily got connected with Brendon and what started as going "for just a test drive" turned into a purchas poor experience at another dealership. We luckily got connected with Brendon and what started as going "for just a test drive" turned into a purchase! Brendon was very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and very patient when answering our questions. We picked up our new Rav4 Prime the very next night.
